Shipping charges included for all orders to Spanish Peninsula or Balearic Islands
For all other destinations, you will be able to see the shipping cost at the time of purchase. This varies depending on the destination, the size and weight of the package. The applicable rates are:
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 18 euros
Europe: 20 euros
USA: 50 euros
Japan: 60 euros
China: 60 euros

We prepare the orders from Monday to Friday once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside of this schedule or on a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange it for you to be ready for the next business day. Once we have your order packaged, we will make the shipment so that it arrives to you as soon as possible. Then we detail to you the deadlines of delivery:
· To the Spanish Peninsula: 1-4 working days.
· To Balearic Islands: 1-4 working days.
· To Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla: 5-6 working days.
Shipments to Europe: 5-8 working days
Shipments outside the European Community: from 20 to 30 working days.
Please be aware that if you are outside the European Union, you should be aware and take charge of local customs taxes.

CHANGES AND RETURNS
To proceed with the return or change of an article, you must download and fill in the return form and/or change that you can find in PDF format at the end of this page.
You have to follow this process:
1. Request the return or change by filling out the form previously named and sending it via email to: email@example.com within a period of no more than 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue to improve, we thank you for the reason for the return.

Important note: In changes or returns articles must be shipped in their original state (including labels and packaging), along with any accessories related with them, and in conditions that show that the product has not been used, washed or Damaged
Important note: Until we receive the article in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the article by certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.
– How will I receive the amount of my return?
Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way that you performed the payment.
– Do I have to pay anything for my return / change?
BonVivantBags&co only assumes the shipping ports in case of erroneous article or defective product.
FOR THE REST OF RETURNS, THE TRANSPORT ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER
To return or change an article purchased from BonVivantBags&co, just contact a courier service or mail company and send the article to the address above.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
When we check that the articles are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in your account in a maximum period of 48 hours. Please note that the period of receipt of this amount depends on the banking entity.
What happens if the amount of the return made is incorrect?

No returns will be accepted due.
